Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, with exception of holidays. If there is a problem with your order or availability we will contact you. For changes to our normal opening hours please visit our Facebook page
UK Delivery: Royal Mail 24. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 1-3 working days. More than 90% of items arrive within 1 day.
Europe: Delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 2-11 working days.
Rest of the World: Delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 3-17 working days. Please note, orders to Europe and the Rest of the World that weigh over 2kg and are over the value of £100 we will send with a courier. Your tracking will be provided after dispatch.
Please note if you are ordering from outside of the UK no VAT is charged by us. The courier will collect the relevant VAT upon delivery.

In the event we are unable to fulfil an order or delivery destination notification will be given and a full refund issued.

If you have ordered an incorrect part or if it is no longer needed we will make the returns process as easy as possible for you. Simply pop it back in the post to us, in its original condition, within 14 days. Please include your order number, reason for return and contact details. Retain the proof of postage and send the item to: Ion Originals Ltd, Unit 2a Greensfield Court, Alnwick, NE66 2DE. Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt.
If you have ordered an incorrect part or it is not compatible please contact us we will help you find the correct replacement.
